The shuttle was free, the staff were friendly, and it was relatively close to the airport. The shuttle station at the airport was very hard to find, which wasted a lot of time. There were also hair towels on the pillow and bed sheet.

The hotel accommodated us for one night after we arrived late at Frankfurt airport. The room was basic and not large, but it was very clean and welcoming, which would have been great for a one‑night stay. We arrived at the hotel via a free shuttle provided by the hotel, with a pickup point a few minutes’ walk from the terminal exit. Before arrival, I received detailed instructions on how to find the pickup point, and it worked perfectly. The next day, the same shuttle took us back to the terminal for the rest of our trip. Everything was fine.

We got a free shuttle to and from the airport, and the hotel sat in a quiet forested area close to walking trails, a lake, and a park. The rooms were new and clean, and the suite offered extra space, plus there was an onsite restaurant. However, the rooms weren’t soundproof; the floors above were very noisy, almost like being trampled by neighbors. The customer service was terrible: when any problem arose, the staff replied, “There is nothing we can do for you.” They couldn’t move us to another room because of the noisy neighbors above. We asked for a burned-out lightbulb to be replaced, but maintenance was only available until 2 pm. Opening the sofa bed was difficult, and when I went to the front desk for help, I was told the sofa bed was unavailable because the reservation was for only two people and the sofa bed can only be used if there are three people in the room. No customer service agent was available at checkout, and the shuttle driver was very rude. I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.
