2nd stay here and won't be my last. A perfect place to stay beautiful surroundings and lovely clean rooms. Always a warm welcome from hosts. Rooms have things you may need very well thought out. Thankyou for a perfect stay. Love little koko and beau and friends make it even more lovely

Its peaceful location. The quality of the furnishings. The comprehensive accoutrements again of top quality, and the generosity of all that was provided. Last but not least the helpfulness of Hilary in ensuring one's stay lacked for nothing. Breakfast was to order and superbly cooked and served. Nothing at all

The stay was very relaxed, Hilary the host was friendly and made excellent breakfasts, she was also very welcoming to our dog, and Bradgate Park was nearby and ideal for dog walking; we’d come back the next time we’re in Leicester.

The location is great, but the driveway leading to it is a problem.
