“Waste of money and time”

The location was the only good thing, but the staff didn’t do their jobs properly and I had to remind them; most of the time the pool was dirty, so I swam only once during the eight days I booked. I left early because the service was bad and the facilities were worn out and in need of renovation. The shared kitchen was dirty, lacked utensils, and had rain inside; I had to clean it myself. It was all bad, so I left four days before checkout, feeling frustrated and wasting time and money.

“Lovely Staff and Service, But Room Preparation Needs Attention”

The staff were welcoming and friendly, served us with beautiful smiles, and made us feel comfortable; I really loved their service. I didn’t like the rearranged setup because our rooms weren’t ready on arrival, causing inconvenience and a stressful arrival. I wish they could improve room readiness and setup for future guests.

It’s located in the safe suburb of Mackleunik with 24‑hour surveillance cameras, but the blankets are very poor quality.
