“Hotel antiguo pero no viejo. Excelente ubicación”

The location is spectacular, right next to a metro line, very close to Lincoln Park and attractions like the Chicago Cubs stadium. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was fine.

“Overall it was a satisfying stay, in an interesting neighborhood with easy access to the Vic Theater and the Loop.”

The location was perfect for my purposes. I had to go through the desk manager for extra snacks and drinks once the room’s supply ran out. I think housekeeping should have restocked used items during their daily rounds. It would also have been nice to have a short‑term reserved free parking spot in front of the hotel for check‑in and check‑out, so I wouldn’t risk getting a ticket before heading to the parking garage or leaving.

“Great location and amazing staff, but over priced for what you get.”

The team was super friendly, helpful and courteous, and the hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. The elevator could only hold three people, and the room was much smaller than I expected, with no view—just brick walls. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and while they didn’t have vending machines, they stocked the room with a variety of snacks and drinks for a premium price. I found the overall cost to be extremely overpriced.

“Great location but weird room”

The location was great, but the room was literally not level; every time I got up to use the restroom I felt like I might lose my balance.
