I was blown away by everything – the spot is prime, just a short stroll to every onsen, the house itself is gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The tatami rooms were beautiful and roomy, and I stayed for 3 nights. Nothing was lacking, everything was perfect 👌🏽

Since we booked the whole house, we could relax fully. The only issue was that the toilet and washbasin shared the same space, so whenever someone went to the bathroom in the morning I had to leave, which was a bit inconvenient.

The interior is clean, and even though I have house dust allergies, it barely affected me. The location is ideal for enjoying the Kinosaki Onsen town and then heading back to bed; there's a convenience store nearby and Kinosaki Onsen Station close by. The staff are courteous and easy to talk to, so I could discuss my plans with them. The Wi‑Fi is strong. The dormitory is cheap, but the noise is intense – even a small plastic bag opening is clearly audible, so if you’re sensitive to sound it’s not recommended. Luckily there are also private rooms available!
