“Enjoyable stay”

The breakfast leaned more toward Asian dishes; I would have preferred pancakes and gash hrowns. Nothing else to add.

The hotel is super close to Yeosu Expo Station, making public transport convenient. The ocean view was nice, and there are cafés and restaurants nearby that are walkable. On the day I visited, it rained heavily, so the terrace and other facilities were unusable, which was disappointing. Still, the room and amenities were clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a minor issue, but the staff responded quickly and fixed it. Everyone was friendly, and breakfast was well prepared without any fuss. I’d love to return! The only complaint is that on rainy days there’s a noticeable noise near the windows.

“데스크의 배려에 감사드립니다.”

I appreciated that they asked about my preferred bathroom type beforehand and assigned it accordingly. I had requested a higher floor, but because of a late check‑in I was placed on a lower floor, which was disappointing. Still, I’m grateful that the desk staff shared my disappointment. However, the fitness centre’s treadmill display and irregular speed issues were not fixed even after I mentioned them again, which is hard to understand.

Upstairs, there was a bit of banging and TV noise until 11 pm, but after that the night was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. At dinner time (counter check‑in + café) the staff worked hard, but a little more smiling would be nice, and I wish the communication with customers was clearer—specifically, the lack of vocal clarity (the voices were too quiet).
