I only stayed one night, yet I was pleasantly surprised: the room and equipment were very clean, it’s close to the station, the staff were very friendly, and I highly recommend it.

The location was perfect, but everything else was old and the price was too high for such an old hotel; it feels like it’s drowning in its own age.

The proximity to Lyon station, the size of the rooms, and the friendly staff made it a good stay.

The location near Lyon station was convenient, but at 14:00 the room was not available.

The room had big windows and lovely French décor, the location is excellent if you’re heading to Southern France by train after staying in Paris, but the TV was tiny with few options for English‑speaking guests, and the continental breakfast could use improvement—though it was efficient and included scramble eggs and bacon.
