The host was polite, but the room was absolutely disgusting and it was clear it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

Absolutely nothing. The whole experience

The location was fine, but nobody was there, the room wasn't ready, the shower was broken, and there were only two tiny milk pots so I couldn't have more than one cup of tea.

The room door lock could be opened with the main house entrance key!
