Breakfast was decent, the location is great, and the room was spacious and clean, with friendly and courteous staff. However, the bedsheets weren't very clean, no towels were supplied, and the lift only works on the fifth floor—everyone else has to use stairs, which is tough for older guests; the hotel should reconsider this setup.

The room and the staff’s behavior were excellent, and there were no complaints.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. However, there was no restaurant on the property, which made it a bit inconvenient for a solo female traveler to find a place to eat.

The location was fine, but everything else was disappointing. Cleanliness, facilities, service, and the breakfast dining area were all lacking.

The only decent thing was the location; everything else was a mess. The hotel was filthy, with broken furniture and rude staff, and the whole place reeked. They even tried to cheat by posting a clean photo online. Breakfast was a joke – just paratha and Puri. The building is ancient and broken; from the fifth floor you have to descend via stairs littered with dirty clothes and utensils, making it hard to haul your luggage.
