I woke up every morning to a stunning view of the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids, which felt like a dream. I loved the view of the Great Egyptian Museum and the room was clean, but that was all. Even though breakfast was included, I never received it. The entrance to the building has no sign indicating it’s this hotel, and nowhere else is it marked as such—pictures show the hotel’s name, yet the staff ignore it when you mention breakfast is paid for. The worst part was that the front desk tried to charge me an extra 10 euros for breakfast, even though it was already paid; in the city you can get lunch for 5 euros, but they wanted 10 for one breakfast. The Wi‑Fi cut out mid‑conversation and I was left without a signal.
