I spent one night at the Eastmark and left very satisfied. Grace at reception was incredibly friendly and efficient, even offering to change my room for a better view, which set a positive tone right away. Every staff member I met was polite and welcoming, and I hope the management acknowledges how well they keep up customer service standards. Room 314 was spacious, spotless, and featured a wonderfully comfortable double bed. I only had a quick breakfast before checking out, yet the buffet selection and variety still impressed me. I would definitely return to the Eastmark if I ever go back to Nakuru.

L'hotel è pulito, al ristorante abbiamo cenato bene. Quando siamo arrivati non avevano la nostra prenotazione. La signora alla reception non sapeva come comportarsi, ci stava facendo pagare il doppio di quello che c'era scritto alla prenotazione ci sono voluti 40 minuti per pagare e avere le chiavi della camera
