“Siamo stati molto bene”

The gardens are well tended, the Olympic pool, the padel court, the food, the sea, the shuttle to the beach, the walk from the sea to Sampieri, the upper‑level gym, and the availability of sun loungers all impressed me. The ladies at the beauty centre were great, and the pedicure with polish lasted the whole summer. Evening entertainment was also enjoyable. The buffet area feels cramped, the environment a bit cold, and I dislike the assigned‑table concept; I’d prefer more freedom. The lack of a view from the room, a rude waiter at the beach bar, scant information about activities at reception, and the lovely outdoor gym above everything but lacking mats and with somewhat dated equipment were drawbacks.

The pool area is nice, featuring two 50‑meter lanes for active swimming. The apartments and rooms feel dated, evoking the 90s “Center‑Parcs charm.” At check‑in, the assigned 3‑bedroom room was unacceptable: the water was off, and a moldy‑greenish odor filled the air. After three hours of discussion with the lobby staff, a compromise was reached—an upgrade to full board and a downgrade to a slightly better double room for three.

“A memorable experience to wave goodbye to summer.”

Breakfast and dinner were both delightful, and every staff member was polite, well dressed, and clean. The resort feels very peaceful, quiet, yet welcoming, with a beautiful beach and early morning walks worth looking forward to. I can’t find anything to complain about.

“Très bel hôtel”

We really appreciated the friendliness and availability of the staff, especially Denise and Myriam at the restaurant. When a friend had a health issue, the hotel was particularly responsive. The buffets were excellent and varied. The only downside is that the ground‑floor rooms might be a bit dark.
