“Natur, Ruhe, See mitten in Südschweden. Wunderschönes Reiseziel”
We spent more than a week with family at Trollebo, and Patrick and his relatives turned the place into a real gem with their dedication and friendly presence. The picturesque lake right outside the door and the expansive grounds filled with old apple varieties made for a delightful setting; the kids enjoyed petting the sheep, and the dog was always welcome. The communal kitchen was handy for group meals, and there was even a TV with up‑to‑date tools available. The rooms were simple, the bathroom had no windows but included air conditioning, and everything was clean and secure. It’s a spot you’d love to return to, and from here you can easily explore southern Sweden by car, including places like Lindgren’s. Thank you from all five of us.
On the downside, the communal kitchen can feel crowded as people cook for themselves or their own groups simultaneously; it helps to clarify your intentions beforehand. The atmosphere there is respectful, and each person has their own fridge space, which is a positive aspect.
