It’s close to the city center, quiet, with spectacular views from the room, and the owners and staff were friendly and attentive at all times; we asked to do laundry and it was done before we left. I recommend it 100%. Everything was great.

The staff really make this place special, and the room was spacious with a nice location just a bit off the strip but close enough. The lack of a bar area didn’t bother us.

The rooms were comfortable and well‑decorated, the view of the mountain was magnificent, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Nothing to complain about.

The higher‑floor rooms offer a spectacular view of the Ella Gap, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are calm, and it’s just a few steps from Ella’s centre. Breakfast is delicious and served with the view, and I’d love to spend more lazy mornings there.
