The bed was nice, didn't seem like they cleaned the room at all. How dirty the room was. No phone worked in the room. Aswell back of controller was gone. It wasn't what I expected at all

I did like it was 10 minutes from scarowinds, and location room wasn't what I expected. Ceiling had water spots, holes in Ceiling, aswell phone in room didn't work

It was clean and spacious. Had nice minifridge and microwave, desk and seating options. The sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had some options - not the best, but it was something - they had eggs and potatoes, some yogurt, apples, and waffles. There were several beetles crawling around and they do get into any food or drinks that are left unattended. A little nauseating and unsettling. I didn’t get any pictures of them
