“Lots of improvements needs to be done”
The location was quite good and the reception staff were friendly and polite—thumbs up for that. The breakfast was really poor; the selection was very limited, the food was bland, and there were only a few types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, some bread, some milk, and the coffee machine wasn’t working, so we were offered Nescafe sachets and had no proper coffee for the entire stay. The room was cleaned daily, but the shower and sink were in pretty bad condition—mould on the bottom of the shower cabinet and rust on the sink tap. Unless requested, there was no drinking water in the room and no cups we could use.
