The location was great, the buffet and coffee were good, and the front desk and staff at the buffet/coffee station were excellent. However, the bedding in our room smelled bad, the hallway on the fourth floor had a men’s locker‑room odor and wasn’t air‑conditioned, the Wi‑Fi in our room was down, the air conditioner leaked water, and the TV didn’t work.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant served a great breakfast with the best coffee in Subic Bay. However, the property lacks some conveniences like room service or poolside service, and I ran into a few issues with my room that the staff eventually sorted out.
