The owner's behavior was very, very bad, talking like a gangster to a owner, very bad.

The room size was good and sufficient for a family. The staff was rude. They did not allow me to check in for the amount that was agreed – there was an argument with staff then I had to call the contact point who happens to be the owner. After he intervened I was allowed in. Still they charged me ~2000 for a room that was booked at ~1800. It's not about 200, it's about reliability. The hotel was at a different location, a little further than the map location at booking. I had to reach the place then hotel staff called and guided my car to the hotel. Additional 30 minutes around 5 km away. Remember this all happened at 12 in the night after a long travel from Delhi to Lucknow with family. So yes, painfully disappointed. The next day after leaving the hotel my brand new tyre was found punctured (after 100 km). It could be hotel staff or could not be. I am not sure but it was an observation.
