“Not very happy”
The bed was very comfortable, but the location was quite poor, far from town. The bathroom was shared and poorly maintained, featuring a large crack in the hand basin and a bath that had been patched in spots.

I would advise everyone to stay away – nothing about this place worked. The family room I booked turned into a tiny room with two single beds, even though I paid for a family room. The room was dusty and dirty, the Wi‑Fi was absent, and the satellite service advertised was missing. The broken window was ignored by the staff, making the experience very disappointing.

They advertised a 24‑hour reception, but it wasn’t available at 19:00; I had to make three calls to their number to get anyone to help, and the response was short‑sighted and dismissive. The only staff member who showed up was exhausted and seemed to handle everything. I was put in an annex with a shared, dilapidated, dirty bathroom and toilet. The sheets had visible stitching repairs. The person sharing the room was a local NFA, and a drug dealer with his partner arrived in a smoking BMW in the parking lot—sorry, I stayed there.

The spot is convenient, but the bed is cramped and the shower is so small I couldn't turn around; I'm average size and the walls are thin enough to hear every conversation from the room next door. Parking was a nightmare: the person who checked in before me was warned of a £60 penalty if he didn’t pay, yet my own parking fee was accepted but my registration number wasn’t recorded, and when I asked for an explanation the staff gave no clear answer. Checking in itself was chaotic, handled through an intercom that kept cutting out so I missed half the instructions.

The only thing that kept the place from closing was the endless bed bugs—bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs, and even more bed bugs.
