The location is truly excellent—central and within walking distance of everything. However, the two rooms we were given looked nothing like the photos; they were noticeably older and badly in need of a serious refresh.

The location was very convenient and the layout of the room and bathroom was very good. However, there were no USB charging ports for devices, no power sockets next to the bed, and it was a bit noisy at night from traffic.

The spot is spot on, right in okt town city, and the Sunday night market is on the same street as the hotel. The apartment was huge and fantastic, though it can get a bit noisy from the street.

The location is great in Chiang Mai’s center, and the reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but we slept on the first floor on the street side, so the busy street made a lot of outside noise.

The central location, free coffee every morning, friendly staff, and spotless rooms made for a great stay.
