The ambience, the view, and the location feel like a home away from home. Marco and his team are exceptional—very kind and friendly. Marco also takes the time to explain the city and its sites with a map upon arrival. The metro is just across the road for instant access, though the area is also very walkable.

Marco was very friendly and attentive, brewed excellent cappuccinos, and answered all our questions. The elevator didn’t go all the way up.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, well‑located, and exactly as shown in the photos. The service was great, always attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and recommend it without hesitation. Nothing to complain about.
