A private terrace offers a partial sea view, and the room includes air‑conditioning for climate control. Inside, one extra‑large double bed and one single bed provide sleeping arrangements for two guests. The en‑suite bathroom contains a shower.

“Amazing price”
The location was amazing, the staff were amazing, and we arrived during the closing season so almost nothing was open except a 7‑11 across the road about a 10‑second walk; highly recommend.
“Einfache Unterkunft”
Directly on the beach, a 7‑Eleven right across, very helpful landlord; the bathroom had traffic noise from the main road, and the beach access was through piled stones.

The bed was large and comfortable and the beach and surroundings were perfect; however, the shower sprayed four streams of water, the sink wasn’t properly anchored to the wall, the outdoor wooden chairs were hard and uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed so no breakfast was served, and the loungers and other furnishings were already looking worn.
The bar and restaurant were closed because it was off‑season, and they didn’t warn us beforehand.
“Worth the price and stay”
The spot is right on Khlongnin beach front, with a 7‑11, a restaurant, a beach bar and bike rentals all across the street. The room was compact but the king‑size bed was comfy, and there were towels, a wardrobe, coffee and a toilet/shower. No toiletries were supplied, so you either bring your own or grab one from the 7‑11. The cleaning lady and her partner were very friendly and present throughout. It was a bummer that the on‑site bar/restaurant stayed closed during my visit, but that didn’t bother me much because I could just hop over to the bar next door.
