The setting of the luxury tent at Sunset Point was beautiful, but there was little space around the pool.

The setting was fantastic, but the tent was beautifully decorated and fitted, only a shame it sat right next to the common area. A 4×4 convoy in the morning left no privacy.

The location worked well for the elephant tour and meals. The tiny tent, charging 290 € per night, was outrageous. Sand blew into the tent all day, luggage barely fit, the pool with loungers was too small for the number of guests, and in October afternoons a stubborn wind blew everywhere with no sheltered spot. Staff seemed bored most of the time. Even though I had requested and been promised an upgrade beforehand, it was ignored at check‑in. For that price, one could book far more comfortable lodges.
