“Wonderful weekend stay at sher bengal kolaghat”

I absolutely enjoyed the stay with my family. We had a double and two quad rooms, all spacious, clean, and with huge balconies. The garden area and playground are great for kids. The food was good, the swimming pool was huge and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. They also have a nice playroom that includes table tennis, pool, chess, etc. The only issue was that the washroom drains weren’t cleaned before we checked in; ours were a bit dirty.

The location is convenient. The only downside was that we weren’t informed about a party that ended at 12 am.

“Good property with horrible food and poor staff services. Grossly overpriced food.”

The place has a nice garden, landscaped areas and a small water park for kids, but the food is grossly overpriced and tastes horrible. The staff are extremely poor, always late and require multiple follow‑ups for even basic requests. My room wasn’t clean, the geyser didn’t work, the room phones were broken, and maintenance was abysmal.
