I was warmly welcomed by the manager, who was friendly and kind, despite not speaking English. On our last day, she generously allowed us to store our luggage and take a shower before our late-night bus departure. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the room was quite humid. Overall, the staff's hospitality made up for the room's shortcomings.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things didn't go as planned from the start. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, I was surprised by the staff's negative reaction, despite having informed them earlier about my delayed train and confirmed check-in time. The room was a letdown - it had stains on the bed, visible mold in the air conditioning, and a dusty fan, which was not what I expected.

I found this hotel to be a great value, with a convenient location in the heart of Huế. The proximity to local attractions made it easy to get around, and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to check out early without any hassle. The owner was very helpful, offering services like laundry and scooter rentals at reasonable prices. While the facilities may be a bit dated, I found it to be a minor trade-off for the affordable price and excellent service.
