The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, but there were a couple of things that fell short. For one, they didn't have a hair dryer in the room, which was a bit of a pain. Also, the housekeeping staff didn't bother to refill my coffee cup, which was a bit annoying.
