Breakfast was okay, but parking was paid, on the square and not safe, and walking to the hotel with many bags was a hassle; the room had no fridge and only one bath towel; at the restaurant we were laughed at when I said we didn’t want burgers for adults’ dinner, and my wife wasn’t allowed into the room I had booked and paid for while I struggled on the square loading the parking app—Respa called it a misunderstanding, but that just shows the hotel isn’t a customer‑service business.

The room was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the on‑site restaurant was nice, but there was little light in the room.

It’s nicely situated in the center, with good beds and a good breakfast; it’s a shame there’s no private parking, so you have to use a paid public lot.

The hotel’s central location, excellent and plentiful breakfast, courteous staff, and the option of an exclusive dinner in an elegant, professional setting were all great, though the bed tucked into a cubby that could only be entered from the back was not ideal but still acceptable.

“Perfekte Unterkunft für für die Durchreise”

The room was very nice, large and tastefully decorated; breakfast was very abundant, and the restaurant is highly recommended! There’s a parking lot next to the hotel that’s free from 20.00 to 10.00.
