“Everything great… 100% recommend”
Everything was fine.
The location is perfect for events at the winter hippodrome. The shared room and bathroom were not perfectly clean.
I liked the clean, retro vibe and the room was very spacious.
The only thing I liked was the convenient location and the very polite, courteous staff. What I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have a proper bed—just a sofa bed—making it uncomfortable and overheated, and there were extra pieces of furniture that didn’t belong in a bedroom; I’d suggest removing them and just keeping a bed and a two‑door wardrobe to make the room more welcoming.
I had a great stay: the place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. Service was excellent, and I appreciate the owner’s availability, respect, and honesty. Highly recommended.
