I booked and paid for a room for about three people two months in advance, but when I arrived the accommodation had only a single floor room that was awful and cold. I paid for a room and was essentially put in a cellar.

The location is good. The cleanliness of the bathroom, toilet, and common areas was acceptable, but the room itself was dirty.

The towels and bed linens were clean, the water was hot, and the location was excellent. The beds were broken, the mattresses need replacing, and the room door handle needs fixing.
