Although the hotel's location was convenient, my experience was marred by the hotel's poor communication and lack of assistance when I needed it. I had trouble checking in and was worried about the process, which added to my stress. Additionally, the thin walls made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from other rooms.
