The air conditioning and location were good, but the staff were rude when confirming and cancelling a gold site, demanded an extra 400, the cleanliness was terrible, maintenance was poor with no tap water, the washbasin and health faucet were working, and the bathroom lock was broken and not replaced.

I was asked to pay extra by the staff on duty even though I told him I was a hotelier; he insisted on the extra charge.

Nothing. Travelled 1 hour from railway station and they told no room available . Opened the booking app and showed the booking they said u have to go to their another branch 5 kms away . Bloody bastards
