The family room is huge—twice the size of a regular room. The hotel promised aurora alerts, but they never rang! Terrible.

Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. We caught the Northern Lights because someone at the hotel told us during dinner.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and great service. The lounge area was very comfortable too. Nothing really stands out as a flaw; it’s a solid hotel. It’s not fancy, the rooms are just for sleeping, but the common areas make up for that.
