The place was top‑notch, definitely the best in Caldera, but I’d give it a solid 7 out of 10. It had great vibes and good service, just a few minor things that kept it from a perfect score.

The lady running the hotel was incredibly kind and always ready to help us out. The location is great, restaurants just a short walk, parking is secure, and the breakfast was generous. We’ll definitely come back, mainly because of her.

The hotel sits a bit away from the bustle, so it’s quiet, yet close enough to the center to walk. The parking is big and safe, and the building feels fresh and modern. Rooms are comfy but small, and the breakfast is decent, but the lack of natural light—windows face the corridor—makes the rooms feel a bit like a cave.

The staff were friendly and they were flexible about rescheduling. Fresh towels every day is a nice touch. The only downside? The window looks straight into the hallway.
