The hotel’s location was spot‑on for my needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the plumbing was faulty—no hot water and the toilet wouldn’t flush—so after complaining we were moved to another room.

The staff were the best of the best and very accommodating, the location was close to food and transport, the cleanliness was impeccable, the air‑conditioning excellent, and the beds were very comfortable; nothing to complain about.

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly, but the bathroom and room were too small to move around, and the price listed was nearly 5700 while I was charged over 8 000.

Rooms and hallways very ckean. Airconditioning was excellent, silent. Lots of places across the street to eat. 711 and massahe/ spa next door. Staff were top notch. Very accomodating. If you need a kettle to boil wayer fir your morning coffee or tea rituals, just ask the front desk if there's one available. From time to tine, I buy the staff at reception and maintenance some pizza from the Greenwich across the street. I felt the ladues deserved it. None whatsover
