“Celkem dobré”

Everything was truly great—clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was white and lovely, and the bathroom was white, clean, and beautiful. The Mariánské lázně are gorgeous. The lady was fairly nice—well, she wasn’t unpleasant. We travel with our partner often and usually give 10, we’re not picky or demanding. But the lady should learn a bit about serving. We never experienced someone giving a double portion of scrambled eggs on one plate with the expectation that we would immediately understand to split it and transfer it from one plate to another. After my boyfriend ate it, I went to eat elsewhere. I had to tell myself about the spoon for yogurt. At night there were screaming children, and nobody told them anything. The lady buys the cheapest ingredients, and it doesn’t even look good. Maybe she’s inexperienced and just starting. Hopefully our review helps improve the service. We had stayed earlier at a nearby hotel that was cheaper, but I would have given it an 11 if that were possible.
