Nestled beside the SS1 Aurelia in the Maremma countryside, Tris Hotel lies ten minutes from Orbetello and five minutes from the train station. It offers air‑conditioned rooms and classic‑style self‑catering studios, some with lagoon views, plus free parking, Wi‑Fi, and a garden pool. Barbecue facilities and a tranquil garden complete the experience.

The bedroom with twin beds was decent, and the attached small kitchenette was useful. I slept well. The host/hostess was wonderful and helped with many things. It’s directly beside a busy highway, but it’s not too noisy.

Easy to find, spacious parking, friendly and helpful staff.

Clean but a little out of hand. The price‑quality ratio is too expensive for the location.

Everything. I liked everything.

Locked between a double road and the railway line, this accommodation is of passable quality. It’s more of a one‑night stopover than a place for a longer stay. The railway line behind and the national road in front are the negatives.
