Breakfast was hearty and good quality, the staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent at the base of the slopes. I find it a bit disappointing that there is no real minibar and that the hair dryer is mediocre. No toothbrush or cotton swabs for a 5‑star place is surprisingly negative.

The staff are nice, helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness was poor: there was hair on the bed immediately after checking in, even though the room had just been cleaned. From the second day onward, there was no soap or napkins in the room, and they were not replenished. We had to use shampoo to shower because no soap was provided.
