The spot was fantastic and the views were breathtaking. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was tasty and they were happy to cater to different tastes and needs. All‑inclusive was a plus, especially the immersive tours – the guides were very informed and engaging! I especially loved the airboat ride. Nothing negative.
