The staff were exceptional and the rooms were extremely clean with well thought out amenities. Check‑in was warm and welcoming and the food and drink service was great too. The lady at the whisky bar had exceptional knowledge of the extensive whisky collection the hotel offers and was very patient explaining everything to guests. Nothing.

The staff were terrific—friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. The rooms were really nice, especially the junior suite which was very spacious and had exceptional attention to detail. The food was delicious, and sipping a dram of whisky in the Spirit Safe after dinner felt heavenly. The only downside was the lack of a lift, but with only two floors to climb it was very manageable.
