“Leuk en lekker rustig”
A cozy, intimate spot away from the bustle. It isn’t directly reachable by car, so you have to haul your luggage a bit.
“Dirty, not up to scratch, Bed bugs - and no refunds even for th edays we didnt stay.”
The place was far from clean: stains everywhere, holes in the mesh screens, a filthy toilet seat, and even after we had the mosquito net, sheets, and toilet seat replaced, the new ones still had stains and curtains were dirty. Bugs kept coming into the bathroom through large holes in the netting, and overall the maintenance was poor. I expected a romantic getaway but it fell short, and to top it off, bed bugs were present. We couldn’t stay, yet the owner wouldn’t refund us for any of the 5 nights we booked, even though we only stayed for one. That’s just greedy, especially since they could easily resell those rooms.
“Très agréable, belle surprise !”
L’emplacement est idéal, au milieu des rizières et à 2 pas du centre Le cadre est agréable. L’accès n’est pas possible en voiture (à pieds ou scooter)
“Perfect location in Ubud, very nice place”
A beautiful place, perfectly positioned in Ubud—right in the rice fields yet super close to the city center. The garden and pool are a real treat, though not every room comes with a mosquito net.
“Très bon rapport qualité prix”
Good value for money. The staff are very friendly and attentive; if you want a scooter, just ask and it’s ready in five minutes. Breakfast at the restaurant is hearty and generous. The small villas are spaced apart, giving good privacy, and the hotel is near the lively city center street and small rice paddies. The pool is pretty. Rooms don’t overlook the road, so you can sleep calmly. The bed was refitted between nights—thanks to the staff for that. There were a few stains on the curtains and sheets, and the bathroom felt a bit dated, but nothing too annoying. The hotel is only accessible on foot after a three‑minute climb and a shared little road with scooters.
