“Moved to different property, review is for the one”
We were moved by the owners to a different property, so this review applies to that one. The best part was the location and the pool view. We were disappointed with the unit’s standard, which is far below what we usually see in Mossel Bay at this price. The property had clear maintenance and cleanliness problems: the front door was hard to open, the shower leaked, and both bathrooms had mold. We also found a dirty champagne glass and uncleaned marks in the toilet. Amenities felt neglected: broken scissors, watered‑down dish soap, and a strange colored liquid in the bathroom instead of proper hand soap. Thankfully we didn’t pay full price; we would have refused the accommodation. The unit needs serious attention to meet local standards.
