I booked on December 7th, trusting the reservation. When I arrived, the lodge didn’t even greet me. I called right away, and after a quick 5‑minute chat they said they'd move me to another hotel and send an email, but that never happened. I had to pay a ridiculous fee to avoid sleeping on the street and I'm still waiting for a refund.
