Access to multiple shopping areas. Seems to be a very limited amount of handicap parking. If you have more than 3 handicap guests then it's first come first serve and it feels like it's sending the message screw everyone else

“Overall very good.”

The room was large and clean; we appreciated that our request to be on the top floor was honored. It was nice to have family next door, and the breakfast options were great—everyone enjoyed a full meal and a nice space to eat together. I always enjoy stays at the Holiday Inn Express in different locations across the country; it’s a solid brand with comfortable bedding, good room design, and consistently clean rooms. The staff were kind and helpful. The hot‑tub jets weren’t working, and the smoking area right at the entrance by the semi‑circle drive smelled awful, with the ashtray also stinking in the heat. Additionally, the second TV in my niece’s room didn’t work, making it hard for her kids to watch anything other than the parents’ shows. Oddly, that room had originally been assigned to my brother, who didn’t accept it because of the TV issue, yet they put my niece in it without mentioning the problem. A small discount or a note about the TV would have been a nice gesture.

The place was convenient, but when I showered the entire bathroom floor got soaked and there were no garbage cans.
