The villa and rooms were roomy, but one window’s lock was broken, so we couldn’t secure it from inside and had to sleep worried about safety. The big window lock needs fixing, and the food bill wasn’t provided.

“They are cheating nest photos they are having normal rooms”

The place was overpriced and not worth it; the photo showed a nest, yet we received a regular house. Only one unit resembled a nest and even had that name, but we got a normal house instead, which was disappointing.

“One of our most disappointing travel experiences, marked by unmet expectations”

We booked this property for a four-night family holiday . However, upon arrival, we found ongoing construction activity immediately adjacent to the accommodation area, with no meaningful separation from the guest premises. This was completely contrary to our expectations of a peaceful holiday stay. We raised our concerns immediately with the owner, but did not feel that they were adequately addressed. As a result, we were uncomfortable proceeding with the stay and left the property without even checking in. What followed was a lengthy and frustrating refund process. Despite never checking in or occupying the accommodation, we were repeatedly caught between Voye Homes and , with each referring us to the other regarding refund approval. stated that they required the property's approval, while the matter remained unresolved for an extended period. We provided detailed explanations, photographs, and supporting information regarding our concerns. However, Voye Homes appeared to focus primarily on cancellation policies and inventory loss rather than the circumstances that led us to leave the property. Only a partial refund was eventually approved despite the fact that we did not stay at the property at all. The handling of the matter by Voye Homes was particularly disappointing. Communication became prolonged, responsibility appeared to be passed between parties, and the matter was eventually declared closed despite our continued objections and supporting evidence. Overall, what should have been a family holiday turned into a stressful experience involving construction concerns, leaving without checking in, prolonged refund disputes, and disappointing customer service. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property or Voye Homes-managed stays to other travellers. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise future travellers not to rely solely on the photographs and online presentation while making a booking decision. We found the actual situation encountered upon arrival to be materially different from the impression created through the listing. We recommend carefully verifying the current condition and surroundings of the property before booking to avoid disappointment and inconvenience. The disappointment was not limited to the property itself but also extended to the manner in which our concerns were handled. Overall, the experience left us frustrated, inconvenienced, and deeply disappointed

“No privacy, very bad experience”

The location was great and scenic, but the ground‑floor room in a two‑floor building forced us to share the kitchen and hall with first‑floor guests, so we had zero privacy and felt the price was too high.
