I was really disappointed when I left behind a pair of blue jeans and the staff didn't even bother to return it to me. They said they'd ask the housekeeping team, but then just completely ignored the whole thing. The location was great, and the room was spotless, but the lack of effort from the staff really put a damper on my stay.

The location was a major plus - we were within walking distance to everything, from transportation to restaurants and shops. The staff were also super accommodating, which made a big difference. However, there was a bit of a letdown when the power went out during our stay and we had to use the stairs from the 38th floor. At least they provided water for those of us who had to navigate the stairs.
