The building and facilities are new. There’s a simple shared kitchenette. The owner is very friendly. The location is on flat ground, so there’s no need to climb cobbled slopes. The map is accurate, but because the building is surrounded by a wall, it’s not visible. The gate displays the hotel name in Bulgarian. No complaints.

Great place, unique atmosphere, the hosts were very courteous. They offered us an extra winter kitchen with a BBQ grill. Excellent facilities and a fantastic price‑to‑quality ratio. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was fantastic, from the check‑in to the clean room. The staff were friendly and the location was spot on. We left feeling totally satisfied.

The place was spotless, and even though the staff don't speak English, they managed to communicate perfectly. They were also super friendly. All in all, a great stay.
