The property was filthy, a dead mouse was in our room, and mouse droppings were on the bed.

We keep coming back because it’s clean, the pools are nice, staff are usually friendly, and the room offers plenty of space. My nephew slipped on glass, and the breakfast selection is very limited.

The location is good, but ten mice were hiding under the pull‑out bed.

The first room smelled of mold and had a wet carpet; we had to move because of a water leak. The second room was no better— the toilet ran all night and wouldn’t flush. Unsurvised teens roamed the halls loudly, and multiple fights erupted in the pool area, forcing police to intervene. It’s not a suitable place for a young child.
