The room was very nice, clean, and cold, and the bed was very comfortable, overall a good experience. The gym equipment wasn’t working.

The facility was so clean and inviting. The salt water pool was so clean and well maintained. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue that the customer service I received has ensured future plans at the same location. Customer service was by far top tear. It’s not broken; no fixing needed!

We had to cancel our reservation here due to cleanliness. They shifted us to a different room after we had gone to let them know our room wasn’t clean. The other room was the same - food on floor, dust covering most surfaces, rodent droppings and visible mold. Unclean, damp carpets, and likely rodents based on observations
