The hotel's location is a major plus, but the lack of basic bed linen is a real letdown. You'd think a sheet would be the bare minimum, but no, it's just that. And don't even get me started on the staff's 'no English' card – it's a convenient excuse for not wanting to help. Mr. Gokhan, in particular, is a master of this game, but the rest of the staff were actually pretty helpful.

I'd definitely recommend this place, but be aware that breakfast finishes early. It's a shame, really, because the food is nice, but if you're not up and at 'em by 9, you're out of luck.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but there are some major issues with the service. The restaurant staff were unfriendly, the spa facilities were a joke, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in communicating with non-Turkish guests. And to top it all off, the WiFi only works for Turkish nationals, so I had to use the staff network instead. And don't even get me started on the noise from the bar next door.

Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about this place, as my stay was very brief. The only thing I can comment on is that the hotel seems to cater mainly to Turkish guests, which was a bit of a challenge for me.

The location and wellness facilities are top-notch, and that's really all I have to say - everything else was perfect.
