The staff’s warmth, sincere service, and food were excellent hospitality. The rooms were dark and slightly damp, and proper toiletries, hand towels, etc. were not available in the room.

The spot’s proximity to the Raan desert was a big plus, but the Wi‑Fi in the room was so weak that I had to step outside, closer to the reception, to get a signal.

The meals were very simple and frugal, with unique menus served at the table. Breakfast at 8:30 am, lunch at 13:00, dinner at 20:30. The hotel does not accept credit cards, contrary to what it claims, so bring cash. There is no pool and no Wi‑Fi in the rooms; the only connection is at the reception. The facilities are outdated. The three‑hour desert safari to see wild donkeys costs 6300 INR for two people, payable in cash. It runs either from 7 to 10 am or, better, from 16 to 19 pm at sunset.

The food served was very good and the staff took personal care of us. There were no other activities nearby, the rooms were basic, and we had to remind the staff a few times to send us the receipt for the money charged to us as foreigners for visiting the wild ass sanctuary, even after we had left.

The nature, surroundings, peace, and interesting safari were highlights, and the sunset was superb. However, you cannot pay by card, even though there was no information about this; the nearest ATM is 20 km away. There were faults in the bathroom, no hot water, and the staff did nothing even after we intervened. The pool was also non‑functional.
